To be eligible for Student Financial Assistance, a student must make
satisfactory academic progress as defined in the Academic Progress
Policy.
FFELP (The Federal Loan Programs) requires a student to be enrolled at
least half time to receive aid. Pell and campus-based aid don't require
half time enrollment, but the student's enrollment status does affect the
amount of Pell, SEOG, and Perkins a student receives.
The definition of enrollment status for Student Financial Assistance is
as follows:
Full time
12 credit hours and over
3/4 Time
9 to 11 credit hours
1/2 Time
6 to 8 credit hours
Less than half time
5 or under credit hours
